Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at loopsandbows@outlook.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right. Note all products have been pictured and inspected prior to packaging in order for your product to arrive safely to its new home.
